Condo Water Leak

For councils, managers and owners

Pinpoint the unit, the line, the cause.

Condo Water Leak locates losses in condominium buildings where responsibility and access need to be established before work begins.

This site focuses on condominium units and shared lines: pinpointing the source before opening the wrong wall.

How it works

  1. Describe the symptoms. Call or email with what you see, hear or smell, and when it appears.
  2. On-site investigation. Non-invasive methods narrow the search: acoustic, thermal, moisture, tracer gas or line tracing as needed.
  3. Confirm the source. Every clue is confirmed by a second method before it is reported.
  4. Written report. Findings, evidence, limitations and next steps, formatted for owners, managers and insurers.

Common questions

Can you help without entering every unit?

Often yes. Detection starts with common property and targeted testing; unit access is requested only where evidence points.

Will the report hold up for an insurance claim?

Reports are dated, evidence-based and written for councils and insurers. The decision remains theirs, but the facts are documented.

Do you repair the pipes?

No. We locate and document; licensed plumbers perform repairs.

Do you attend council meetings?

Written reports are standard; attendance can be arranged where useful.
